- The uploaded photo of the artwork
- The description of the artwork

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To perform and process the art valuation (BMSFAP scoring).
- To create and send your official certificate and payment receipt.
- To provide your personal customer account (if a password was created), where you can manage and view your past orders.

Your data is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties. Data is only transferred to third parties if it is technically necessary for payment processing (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Paystack, Google Play) or for automated email delivery of your documents.
5. Retention and Deletion
Your data will be stored for as long as your customer account exists or as required by legal retention periods. You have the option to independently and permanently delete individual orders, including the associated uploaded images and data, in your "My Account" dashboard at any time.
